PVD Poetry will be publishing a zine following the end of RI Design Week (Sept. 30, 2022) and two days of offering poetry on demand in Innovation Park (Sept. 24-25, 2022) as part of the Design Week festivities.
Initial plans are for, at the very least, poets Wheeler Cowperthwaite and Alicia Pratt to curate a collection of the poems they produce during the two days of offering poetry on demand, to combine those with works submitted by the public, and works written at the event on freely provided typewriters (poems, monologues, recipes, stories, love letters, anything) to produce a zine.
The zine will be published online (see the landing page here), in print and as an EBook.
Submit your work to the zine
PVD Poetry is accepting submissions for a zine to be published after the conclusion of DESIGN WEEK RI 2022 Design x Fab-o-rama, officially over on Sept. 30.
Works can be anything: poetry, short fiction, blueprints, designs, models, sheet music, photographs, drawings, paintings, anything we can publish in a zine.
